10 Fashion Week Hairstyles You Can Totally Pull Off In Everyday Life

Milan, New York and London fashion weeks have passed us by as quickly as a speeding teenager, but, much like the clothes, they leave us with a bucket-list full of pretty and erm, 'interesting?' hairstyles.

Luckily, not all of them scream 'HELLO I'M SOO COUTURE!' and are actually pretty sweet to wear in everyday life. From red roses at Dolce and Gabbana's Spanish fling, to Anna Sui's mermaidian creations, here's ten looks to try right now. Grab a hairbrush, some bobby pins, a few hair bands and let's get going!

1. Wet Look Hair @ Versace
Wet look hair strikes again, but this time it's more subtle with a bit of volume on the top. Re-create this look with a little backcombing and smooth down with wet-look spray. WARNING: There is a majorly fine line between wet-look and greasy and no one wants to look like a chip pan!

2. Deep Side Waves @ Jenny Packham
If Victoria's Secret models existed in the 1950s, I bet they would have rocked a style like this! Style hair into a deep side parting and set in heated rollers.

3. Mermaid Locks at Anna Sui
70s natural, flowing waves were embraced at Anna Sui. Not naturally wavy? Try a sea salt spray to get that tousled texture.

4. Messy Top Knots @Nanette Lepore
The ultimate quicky (hairstyle that is) is back! Don't use one of those spongey contractions, backcomb your natural hair for a messy, bohemium look.

5. Undone Braids @ Michael Kors
According to Harpers Bazaar, the secret to this amazing texture was dry shampoo. Loosely plait hair at the nape of your neck and pull out random strands.

6. Slick Wrapped Ponies @ Oscar De La Renta
Slick, chic and always expensive: that's Oscar De La Renta down to a tee. Re-create the look with spraying back any flyaways and wrapping a piece of the hair around the ponytail band.

7. Red Roses @ Dolce And Gabbana
Dolce and Gabbana re-created Spanish tradition with low buns adorned with real red roses. I would advise buying fake ones so that they last, that is, unless you own an actual rose garden.

8. Pastel Streaks @ Badgley Mischka
These pastel streaks are the perfect juxtaposition between punky and girly. I'm not too sure that the brows could be pulled off in everyday life though....(Unless you're THAT brave). Recreate this look with pastel hair chalks.

9. Double Ponytails @ Cushnie Et Ochs
This hair is so arty! If you're feeling brave take Oscar De La Renta's pony (no 6) backcomb below the wrapped hair and tie for this avant-garde look from Cushnie Et Ochs.

10. Low Tied Buns @ Reed Krakoff
90s school girl meets secretary. Twist your hair into a low bun and secure. Then tie around a piece of brightly coloured wax cord- easy DIY- I think so!
